Leo Castillo specializes in team development, program design, as well as presentation design and technology. He runs the Learn the Learner program for one of Roadmaps + Beyond’s top clients. He has facilitated programs for numerous local and multinational clients. As part of a core team managing multiple engagements for a major Philippine foodservice company, Leo has handled teambuilding sessions with as many as 2,000 people in a day.
Known for infusing his presentations with tremendous energy and his knack for simplifying the most complicated concepts, Leo is also the lead instructor at Photoworks Academy, where he developed and managed his own photography curriculum. To date, Photoworks has taught over 1,000 students—many of whom are now professional photographers.
Leo graduated from the De La Salle University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Studies. He has worked as a sales specialist for IBM Philippines, where his retail solutions were used as a resource for the ASEAN region. He later attended the New York Film Academy and the New York Institute of Photography.
He is currently taking up further studies in Organizational Development at the Ateneo de Manila University’s Center for Organization Research and Development.
